Not good

First, the plastic cover does not cover the entire backplate, which could be dangerous, and the cover would not screw on no matter what I tried, and having the cover pop off is not good. It can't be that hard to design a screw that works. Super unhappy.

Well Made 30 Amp Surface mounted Receptacle

I chose this one over a Leviton style, I felt it was of a better construction and as it turned out the guts were built solid as well. Attaching the wires went smoothly with a tight connection at the lugs.
