What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pump for exceptional reliability and performance in emergency water removal, calling it a lifesaver during floods and basement emergencies. Most highlight its simplicity, quick setup, lightweight design, and quiet operation. Many emphasize strong value for the price and express willingness to repurchase. However, some note the actual flow rate falls significantly short of advertised specifications, measuring closer to 6-10 GPM rather than 25-30 GPM. Several report the included hose adapter is poorly threaded and prone to stripping. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it highly effective and worthwhile.

Would RecommendVery simple to use. I wish the cable were longer because if you use an extension cord with it, the connection between them might be difficult to keep dry.

Moves water well
Would RecommendI purchased this pump to move water from a crawl space. It works well with a garden hose and has a nice length cord. It was doing the job and I would feel safe recommending it.

Not for outdoors, heavy duty, or emergency
Would Not RecommendThis is basically a "household" sump pump for people with a small pool or standing water on a clean level surface. This pump is incredibly sluggish and basically featureless when compared to to a 1/4 HP Sump Pump which can be purchased at HD for $30 more. This 1/6 HP pump has to be on a clean hard surface so if you already have a deep hole with gravel or mud you have to reach down in the hole and place some sort concrete paver in the bottom which is perfectly level -- or the pump will fall over ...
