Ratings & Reviews for Trex Enhance 12-in Toasted Sand Composite Deck Board (Sample)

Box stores aren’t good at representing your produc

No issue with the product itself. Issues with expediency and ease. Ordering through box store vendors was a nightmare. Samples not in stock, prices were different based on vendors that stores were getting it from. Prices changed everytime I looked up product. You need to get your reps to get on top of box store samples and make it easier to use your product within a reasonable time frame. Because of this I had to go with a different product

Good size sample for color comparison

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the larger sample to allow for a better color comparison against my home color siding. Worked really well!

Favorite sample of them all!

I ordered 4 different samples and liked this one the best due to the variety of colors within; the color felt rich. The other samples I ordered were solid colors and they didn't seem as natural. This one will pull nicely from our tan house as well.

Love Toasted Sand

Our deck was in desperate need of replacement. We choice Trex in Toasted Sand. Our contractor purchased all the materials needed and did an amazing job installing. The Toasted Sand is beautiful and looks fantastic. We have received many compliments. This completely updated our deck from 1990 to 2023! So glad we will not have to stain or paint the old wood anymore. The Trex will be maintenance free!

Shipping Sucks!

The product was great but the delivery took a long time! By the time I received the order we had found what we needed at the local store and ordered it.

Natural Brown Tone

High quality product with a nice varied tone. Sample size was reasonable.

sample too small to make an accurate decision

Doesn't look like the pictures------too small of a sample Not sure why this is not carried in the local stores the closest is an hour away. For the price I want to be 100% postive that this is what I want to use.

Great sample!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample along with others and it really helped me in choosing the style and colors I wanted for my new deck. I was considering wood but upon seeing how this was made and the durability I was impressed! The sample is large enough to see what it would look like compared to others and makes it easy to make a good choice.

Cool deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean for a free sample it’s great that I got one piece of wood but I would have to buy a lot more it’s a little spend he but I would recommend the flooring looks very nice and looks very durable I will definitely save my money to buy more

Very solid decking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew as soon as I picked up this sample that it was a good solid decking. It will obviously hold up to the weather without fading. I like this particular color because it reminds me of a good solid wood flooring. It also has a very smooth texture that is very comfortable to the touch.

Beautiful color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Trex sample I received in the color toasted sand is such a pretty color. It was very light weight and the finish on it makes it easy to wipe any mess off with soap and water.

Its a sample

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality seems nice. The piece is grooved to reduce weight and maintain strength.

Great item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These planks are the perfect thickness the color is great. These planks would make for a great looking patio. They are durable and the color does not fade. I would recommend this over wood any day.

hard and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this over a month or so and I wanted to sample the flooring to see if it is the perfect match to what I have and it was a pretty darn match. Now I will be getting the rest of what I need to finish the enclosed terrace floor. The toasted sand color is very nice and dark like my floor. over all I highly recommend this item.

Love the color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sample piece. I will tell you that we were looking at just wood for our deck because we thought it would be easier and more efficient. That was until these pieces arrived to look at. They are sturdy and easy to clean. It holds its shape and color through all elements. We placed it outside to see how it would look after being in the weather. It did not dull or dim.
