What a horrible experience starting on Wednesday, July 1. I ordered 23 pieces of lumber and two boxes of deck screws online. I specified in the order to deliver together. I paid the extra $129 for delivery on Thursday. A text and email both said I would get delivery by 8 pm on Thursday. A message at 4:45 pm said the merchandise was on the way. I called at 7:30 pm and was directed to some call center where I told the merchandise would come as two deliveries. A second call on which I was connect...
