Would Not RecommendI purchased this item online on July 2nd. Now July 22nd, it still has not been delivered to my home. Lowe’s Online Customer chat thanks me for my patience, which the customer who needs this item to complete their deck is livid. In the future, will I order online from Lowes? Not likely. The level of frustration in dealing with this issue has totally colored my experience with Lowes.

trex special order part was damaged
unfortunately someone wasn't very careful with the $170 post cover when shipped. now I have a damaged post cover I have to repair because I cannot wait for a replacement. I think a forklift damaged the item. it was on the bottom of the packaging so I wasn't aware of the damage until I went to unbox them day of install. i just hope I get compensated for their carelessness in care during shipping. I am about to attempt comensation from Lowe's customer service, wish me luck. I hope to get more then...
