We just finished putting our Trex down and could not be more pleased. It looks great. Originally we had purchased a darker color but after sitting in the sun for a few hours it was almost too hot to handle so we returned it for the lighter “tide pool” color which made a HUGE difference. It was easy enough for the two of us to install and I’m glad it will be so easy to keep clean.

Not a straight or flat board in the entire order.

Wavy, warped, cupped boards. Makes butt joints awful. Tripping hazard. I understand that this is the cheap intro line, but it has the Trex name on them. I hate this product and hate my deck because of it. Installs and looks terrible. Wish I would have had a cement patio installed instead.

good color match to the existing deck that is a few years old I wish the first and last foot of each board was not curled so bad from the factory - the curl never goes away and has to cut off before installation

Actual length incorrect.

Actual length is 1 3/4" longer than stated in specs. Would have been nice to know that when planning so as to not have to cut every board!!!!

I just got this, it's only been installed for less than a week, but it looks beautiful and I can't wait until it's all done and we can use our patio again. I know I won't have to worry about warping, splintering or wood rot or fading. and I think it's stain resistant too! The one thing though that I didn't like, was when we picked it up and got it home, Lowe's gave us 15 of the wrong color boards and then they were out of the saddle! Customer Service Unable

I had these delivered over 2 weeks ago. The delivery was a disaster and the boards are filthy. It looks like they were at the bottom of a very wet pile of other products, dripping oil on the surface. I have contacted Lowes and advised them that the product did not arrive to me as promised. I am fairly certain that with effort and expense, once installed I can have them professionally cleaned. I asked for consideration and had been offered 10% off. I requested 20% to cover my expense for clean...
