Would RecommendProduct was fine, but it took the Lowe’s team an hour to retrieve my product. It was a special order, they did notify me it was there, they could not find it for an hour! I asked to speak to a manager they told me they’d send one up to see me, they did not send anyone. The cashier was great and checked on the status whenever I asked, but the manager failing to show was not a good look. It stinks cause I like slowed…

Late Delivery
Would Not RecommendDelivery from the factory was late, so order was delayed by 3 days. By chance I just called to verify order was in and bring shipped, but to my dismay the order was in but not being shipped for another 6 days. I needed this material asap so I had to rent a vehicle to pick it up myself. Lowes should have delivered this material as soon as it arrived. Very disappointed

Would RecommendWhy was this returned. This was a replacement for a fascia board that was damaged during delivery. It was scheduled for delivery Friday May 16 and it never showed up and now I find out someone, not I, returned it to the store.

Need second mortgage to afford Trex Fascia boards
Would Not RecommendThe fascia board matches the deck material perfectly and really upgrades the deck. The problem is the 12ft fascia board cost anywhere between $73 and $139 depending on which Lowes you get it from. In comparison the 12ft deck board cost $24. This is highway robbery.
