What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the railings for their sleek, elegant appearance and ease of installation. Most highlight the beautiful white and black color combination, noting the modern look transforms decks dramatically. Many emphasize straightforward assembly with clear instructions and the convenient kit design. However, several report hardware quality concerns and misaligned spindle holes between rails, with a few experiencing rattling balusters. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the aesthetic appeal and installation simplicity well worth the investment.

Would RecommendWe purchased the Enhance charcoal black deck rail and spindles, they are attractive. They appear to need little or no maintenance and seem light weight and durable. Looking forward to the weather-resistance with New England winters.

Poor quality control
Would RecommendI have thousands of dollars of decking. Because of the cost and storage I bought them in three batches. One had a broken bottom rail about a foot on one end,no big deal I just saved it for a narrow opening. The last group I had 4 boxes the balasters wouldn't fit in the holes. I took some of the earlier leftovers and they fit find. I ended up drilling some holes to fit the balaster. When I got into the big ones they even felt heavier. In the end it came out great, that's what counts. Overall a ve...

Good but could be improved
Would RecommendLike the finished product but improvements can be made. Keep top and bottom rails oriented the same when unpacking. On one set the edge to first hole centerline was a quarter inch different than the other end of the rail, that would cause the balusters to be off vertically. Had this issue in past with other rail systems so not a unique issue for Trex, best to check measurements anyway. The black matt finish badly shows water spots, easy to clean top rail but bottom rail is difficult due to t...
