Would RecommendBought these to replace the post caps on my 15-year-old Trex deck posts, which had been made from Trex's original composite and were apparently quite delicious to squirrels :-). Be sure to note that although these are labeled for 4"x4" posts, the true dimensions of the posts that they fit are 4.5" square. I also like that they're now made from a much harder, tougher material. I think my squirrels might chip a tooth on them...
