What Customers Are Saying
The decking material is durable, long-lasting, and low-maintenance, with a wood-like appearance and variety of color options. It is easy to install and clean, has a slip-resistant surface, and does not get as hot as wood. While a few customers reported minor issues, the majority were highly satisfied with the product's quality and performance.

Would Not RecommendI ordered Trex so it would match my deck. I got UTD composite boards. The color matches, the wood grain pattern does not. UTD is composite deck boards are also thinner than Trex. So Lowe's once again has messed up. I paid for Trex and didn't get Trex.

The service and pickup was good. What wasn't good was that the one end of the product was damaged and splintered.

Where is my product?? You don’t even know ?
Would Not RecommendIt’s not the product Lowe’s might have the worst Customer service ever. Been waiting over a week for my order I place last Monday and no one can tell where it is or if it is coming. No wonder Hkme depot is beating them up and down the street.
