What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the decking for exceptional durability, realistic wood-like grain, and minimal maintenance requirements. The material resists fading, staining, warping, and splintering, remaining smooth and wear-free for years without annual sealing. Reviewers consistently describe the saddle brown color as rich and professional-looking. Most find installation straightforward, though boards are heavy and require pilot holes. A few report minor surface blemishes or scratches, and some note the higher price, but nearly all agree the longevity and maintenance savings justify the investment.

Would RecommendNo more rotten wood deck stairs for me. I had an easy order, check out and pickup all took one week. product was in great shape; I used a 15% off coupon. Lowes Associate offered to help load into the vehicle, I had to cut to 8 foot lengths to get it into the vehicle, so I brought a portable circular saw and took care of it myself. It was nice that the Associate at Lowes offered to help load the Trex. I installed the product, with the recommended trex screws. All look s great.

Not Trex
Would Not RecommendI ordered Trex so it would match my deck. I got UTD composite boards. The color matches, the wood grain pattern does not. UTD is composite deck boards are also thinner than Trex. So Lowe's once again has messed up. I paid for Trex and didn't get Trex.

The service and pickup was good. What wasn't good was that the one end of the product was damaged and splintered.

Where is my product?? You don’t even know ?
Would Not RecommendIt’s not the product Lowe’s might have the worst Customer service ever. Been waiting over a week for my order I place last Monday and no one can tell where it is or if it is coming. No wonder Hkme depot is beating them up and down the street.

Check your orders before leaving Lowe’s!
Would RecommendI ordered three boards to finish the top of the railing of my deck and ONLY one was correct! One was the wrong board type and one was the wrong length … because they are all wrapped up in plastic my contractor assumed they were right and left. What a waste of time for him and I, who had to return the incorrect boards and order again the correct ones. What a hassle!
