Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works good, but not as powerful as i was expecting. I admit, i only used it once, but comparing it to the 14" Ryobi i previously used, this one seems less powerful than the Ryobi which was only 40V. The chain and guide bar seem flimsy. I'm going to try again in spring, hoping for more power then, but wish it was better built at this point. I feel for the price, it was a decent value though.

Good unit for a backup
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great chainsaw. The battery lasts about an hour with study cutting. The chain does fall off if pushed to hard while cutting. The chain tension was set to the proper 1/8 to 1/4 snapback.

Love it
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had it for 3 days but I have really put it to the test . Storm took down a 60’ pine tree in our yard so a lot of cleanup . It works great . Plus I bought the next size up battery for a little longer use ! You won’t miss pulling a cord !

16” Toro electric chainsaw AWESOME
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first but I love it. It cut thru the 12” tree like butter with plenty of power. No more gas mix or pulling the cord 100x to get it started. Plugged in battery, filled chain oil and off to the races. NICE !!!

Fast, lightweight, and easy to use
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this summer, and have already used it three times. Had a neighbors tree limbs (eight inches in diameter) blow down. The say handled the entire job (including taking down additional branches) with ease. The bucking teeth work well. The safety bar is a little flimsy, and sometimes gets tripped accidentally when putting the saw down, but better to easy than to hard and you end up taking off a foot. Battery life is good. It holds up to th...

The Toro Chainsaw 51850 Is The Real Deal
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my Toro 60V MAX 51850 chainsaw to cut up some dried logs and it met all my expectations. A big plus I was not ready for is how relatively quiet it is compared to my old gas powered saw.

Exceptional chain saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent unit. Good power and very easy to install. Battery is adequate power for nice time in use. Great for occasional user esp. since no messing with gas and cord starting. Must have for anyone doing trimming of tree branches. Plenty of power
