What Customers Are Saying
The chainsaw is reported to have impressive power and performance, with customers praising its ease of use, quiet operation, and long-lasting battery life. It can handle cutting small to medium-sized trees and branches effectively. Users find it more convenient compared to gas-powered models, with no need for mixing fuel or pull-starting. The saw is described as well-balanced and lightweight. However, some customers have experienced issues with the chain tensioner and oil leakage, and a few feel the power is not quite on par with professional-grade gas models.

Bad buy
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I was so excited to use this chainsaw! When I finally used it I was unfortunately sorely disappointed. This chainsaw struggled and I mean struggled to cut an apple tree. I ran through two batteries in a short amount of time. This is my first battery chainsaw and can only compare this to a gas chainsaw. Definitely do not recommend this chainsaw.
