What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the safety benefit of ground-level gutter cleaning, with most noting it eliminates ladder use—especially valuable for older adults or those with mobility concerns. However, significant compatibility issues frustrate many users; the attachment fails to fit common brands like Stihl, Weed Eater, Kobalt, and Black & Decker, though Toro and Ryobi users report success. Those who achieve proper attachment praise its effectiveness at clearing debris. Build quality concerns emerge frequently, with reviewers citing a flimsy rubber strap that drops off even when tightened, requiring duct tape or set screws for security. Assembly demands exact alignment and tight twisting, challenging those with limited hand strength. Despite these drawbacks, most users who successfully completed cleaning found the safety advantage worthwhile.

Use the strap to free up your hands.
Would RecommendThe assembly was easy. It will separate at the blower if you’re not paying attention. That’s expected because it fits many a blower hence the name universal. Only used it once so far and it works well.
Nice quality. Great price at Lowe's.

Not at all ready for prime time.
In the 50 years I’ve been using Toro products this is the first time I returned one. For 20+ years I’ve been using a corded WeedEater blower and gutter cleaning kit. Absolutely no problems but I wanted to go cordless. This Toro kit is a huge disappointment. I could not keep the strap on adapter attached to the blower body. The un-flex pipe became so stiff in the 25F temps that it wouldn’t bend enough.
