No Clean Cut
Would Not RecommendFirst issue: The hedge trimmer arrived in a damaged, poorly-taped carton, with no filler to cushion the product during transit. Second issue: when I tested the trimmer on a 3.5 ft. shrub, an ample number of the "new growth shoots" ended up being torn/shredded/bent by the trimmer instead of being cut. Customer service at Lowe's graciously provided me with a refund upon return of this item.

Product OK, Packaging & Shipping Terrible
Would Not RecommendThe hedge trimmer appears to be functioning well but the delivery sucks! The trimmer was delivered in the original store packaging and no external packaging was provided for protection. The box was broken where it tapers down to enclose the cutting blades. There were two pieces of broken plastic in the box: one from the corner of the cutting blade protector, and the other appears to have broken off the tip-end of the cutting blade (non-functioning).

Best Trimmer I've ever used!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trimming bushes for 49 years. This is, by far, the best cutting trimmer I've ever had! A friend borrowed it for huge 30-year-old holly bushes and it cut through like butter! I never have to go over an area twice, which has cut my trimming time in half!

Great trimmer to replace the current B & D
Would RecommendIt cuts low branches (unlike the competitors that have a saw at the end of the cutters.) It has a great motor to cut through the branches. Delivery was about 7 days earlier than promised!
