The Tile pieces are easy to activate and helpful to use. I feel secure knowing that I can track down my misplaced items especially now that I am aging. I simply do not want to lose things like I used to do. I am grateful for this capacity

Problems
Too soon. How can someone possibly review a protective device when it has only been in use a few days? Also registering protected items online not working. Still haven’t been able to do so.

Needs tech improvement to show last location that was detected by iPhone or android. This would greatly help if wallet is lost since tile has limited range.

I wish the instructions for adding the new tile to an existing tile would have been clear. Instead I was instructed to add a new tile. Now I have two tiles functioning under the same name. With a free account I am unable to delete the old tile. Annoying but not a deal breaker.

I like tile but they need to make them LOUDER. I am happy with everything else or maybe the ability to control volume in the app and cut the reviews down to less than 50 characters.

Pleased with Tiles!
I purchased the four pack (2 Pros and 2 slims) and have thus far activated two (a Pro on keys and a slim for luggage although it's in my purse for now). I am very pleased with them so far and that I can even locate my phone by activating a Tile button! I went out the other day with a friend and left my car keys home and got a notification that it appeared I had left without my keys; it even notifies me when I leave the house to walk my dog and don't take the car keys with me so I have to say...

I bought 2 Slim Tiles one for my wallet which works well another for my vehicle. I was disappointed with the one for my vehicle. I was under the impression that I could find my vehicle in a crowded parking lot. I found that I can actually see the vehicle before the tile finds it.
