Horrible rashes

Ive been using these pods for about a week and they have given me rashes in practically every nook and cranny of my body. I’ve never gotten rashes from laundry detergent before, and have never even had a skin issue. The other problem with these pods being yes, you can smell the chemicals off freshly washed clothes from across the room. Horrible product. 1/5

Great cleaning power but irritated my skin

These do a great job of getting clothes very clean even sweaty gym clothes that hold onto odors. I live alone so I wash once a week and it has no problem getting out old odors and stains. But the scent is overpowering and the detergents are quite strong that they causes a lot of irritation on my skin (which I’ve never considered sensitive before). I now wash and then run another cycle with just water after and that seems to help a lot. But it could be wasteful if you’re doing multiple loads. Ple...

Overpowering Scent

The scent of the pods is overpowering that I have to wash my clothes twice to get rid of the scent. The scent is strong that my allergies kick-in with runny eyes and nose. Your packaging should say its scented and not original or give your customer a choice of unscented or scented.

Ruined new clothes

I’ve used regular Tide Pods many times. I bought these by mistake. Twice now one has “melted” onto my clothes. The first time it was a sock. No big deal. This time it’s brand new expensive pajamas! Maybe it’s time to leave my life long relationship with Tide.

Much too fragrant!

I am someone who is very meticulous about cleaning and what I put in my body. I regret buying this product and using it on my clothes and kitchen towels. I used these Tide pods for a few hefty loads of laundry. I used one at a time and I always do an extra rinse to ensure there is no leftover detergent residue. Fragrance is overwhelming

I also found the fragrance to be overwhelming and had to rewash my sheets. Even then there was still a fragrance that I felt was too strong. I don't understand why companies have gotten to a place where they think if a little is good then more must be better. More cheese. More bacon. More fragrance. Big pods, Big smell

I have used Tide pods for years and thought I’d try these. They are larger than the original pods, and because of that, it leaves a strong smell to the clothes. Although it is a nice smell, it is overwhelmingly intense. It is possible to have too much of a good thing.

The scent is awful

The scent of these pods is very chemical and caused my family to complain and me to rewash every item. This may be better at getting the dirt out, but it is unusable due to the overpowering and obnoxious scent. I wish Tide would bring back the ORIGINAL scent that was jettisoned about 5 years ago. Noxious Smell

I am a lifelong Tide user. I have been using Tide 10X Liquid and 10X hygienic liquid in recent months with no issues. Tried 10X pods recently. The scent is noxious. You can smell the clothes when worn from 5 feet away. It is overpowering. First time I have ever complained about a Tide product. Covered with a rash.

Good clean - overpowering fragrance

I like the idea of the hygienic clean and I do believe it got my clothes very clean. But the fragrance is in-your-face overpowering. When clothes are clean - you don't need fragrance to mask anything. And definitely NOT the "original" Tide clean smell you get in the bottle. My nose started running while I was folding my clothes it was so strong. I'd be buying a ton more of this if the fragrance was a quarter of that it is now or unscented.

Mom of Kids and Dogs Approves!

I just tried the Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Power PODS® Original Scent for the first time. I usually use detergent, not PODS - but will be using PODS from now on. So easy to use! I have 3 little kids that are 6 and under (and 3 dogs) so I need a detergent like this that promises to clean fabrics down to the microscopic level. I love knowing that about these Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Power PODS®. Glad to buy and use. I am a Tide ambassador. All opinions are my own.

Love it

I just got a HE machine and recently started to use these Tide Pods. I have to say that the smell lasts so incredibly long and can combat anything I throw at them. I live with my extended family and just love the way that I can throw one in the machine and know it will handle everything I put in the wash. One less thing to worry about!
