Ratings & Reviews for Thor Kitchen 50-lb Ice Per day Freestanding or Undercounter/Built-in Cubed Ice Maker ( Stainless steel )

New today. Good so far. Louder than our kitcheai

Installed today and is making plenty of ice. Does stick together but scoop can fix that. It is louder than our kitchaid aid.

Quick making ice + Easy Install for Plumber

Installation was easy with a licensed plumber, made ice very quickly. Loving our "THOR, the ice maker of the Gods"

Great performance

This ice maker puts out plenty of ice fast, and looks really good in the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

I love it

I bought this as a gift for myself and I am very happy with this purchase. I always have perfect ice.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful machine, top quality, amazing features.

Makes a LOT of ice - appears to be solid

This ice maker is quiet and makes a lot of ice. I have in my outdoor kitchen and crank it up for parties. Enough clear ice all night long. Very happy with it.

Perfect size

Ice maker works great! It seemed a little loud at first but once it’s working that settles down.

Makes a lot of ice and is not loud

We purchased an icemaker after our had officially died. It served us well during our Christmas holidays with 30 people at home continuously opening the ice machine. Continuously made ice throughout the December season with all of our family and guests here. And it was a lot quieter than our old machine. The blue light at night makes it easy to see the ice if you’re opening it up when all the lights are out.

It is not worth what you pay for this ice maker.

The ice doesn’t come out in cubes. It comes out in sheets and you have to take an ice Pick and break it apart. Not happy at all with this brand. When it is running, it is so loud. It’s not quite like my previous icemaker. I would not recommend this brand to anyone!

Great ice maker

Easy install, works great so far. Good looking replacement.

Nice Looking

Very reasonably priced compared to others. Installation was easy, so far works like a charm. Clean ice comes out in a sheet. I’ll adjust the cube size and see how it comes out.

Thor Ice Maker

We purchased this Thor machine to replace a different brand that broke down. So far, we're very pleased with it. The only complaint I really have is that we often have to break down the sheets of ice. It's rather noisy at times, too.

Bring on the party drinks!!

We host so many parties and was tired of buying bags of ice that melt and leave a mess every where. This ice maker makes me look like the hostess with the mistress with its sleek design and quiet running. It was a great addition to my party planning arsenal!

Beautiful Ice Maker

I have waited for this for many years. Quiet and very efficient. I'm cooking like a God(dess) now.

Not as solid as I had hoped

Looks nice, and started making ice right away. Setup and installation was smooth. My only issue as of right now is that it doesn't look like as solid of a machine as I was hoping. Now I'm comparing it to a GE Monogram ice maker that it is replacing so it's up against some stiff competition. That being said I'll update my review after a few months to see how it performs.

LOVE!!

I have had other ice makers in the past that have given me trouble, but this one has been perfect! Would highly recommend!

Great look

Easy to use. Looks great installed. Makes a ton of ice
