Would RecommendTempur-Pedic honored my warranty claim on my previous mattress. I ended up getting an all foam Pro Breeze medium that is excellent. Tempur-Pedic has my business for life because they are a quality product and they stand behind what they sell.

Quality product, poor communication and customer service
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the product off the website. It stated I could expect delivery in 7-10 days. It took 17 days and we had removed our old bed based on quoted timing. So we were without a bed for a week. Customer service basically said "sorry" and offered no help to expedite with local delivery company. The good news is the product itself seems great so far. I just expected more from Tempur-Pedic as a premium brand.

Tempurpedic outlast
Would RecommendI am proud to say that we invested in Tempurpedic bed 15 years ago, and we just purchased a new one with all the new and updated changes. The bed has been thru many different surgeries (hips, knees, back) it is very well made and I have and will recommend these beds to everyone that is asking about a bed. Cool and comfortable

Very Comfortable Mattress
Would RecommendThis is our third temper-pedic mattress. First purchased one 20 years ago. We replaced it and purchased a queen at the beginning of the year and then decided to get a king size, and we love it. We gave our grandson our queen mattress and he loves it too!

Would Not RecommendProduct is cool to sleep but not as soft as the one on display. Very expensive for a little benefit from my previous mattress that was $3000 less but a lot softer.
