Would RecommendI am a first time tile layer and tried the "+" shaped tile spacers and was very frustrated using them. I switched to to this design and it made alignment a breeze, it AIDS with seeing undeveloped tile, and, it speed up the job. I highly recommend this item when laying tile.

Simply superior
Would RecommendI have used several types over the years and these are best by a lot. Nitpicking, they are a bit brittle and if one side was easier to quickly ID, would save picking up wrong. I have purchased tile at one store and driven a ways to buy these spacers.
Easy to use for a beginner like me
Would RecommendI have tried several different tile spacers, but none of them worked for me. I tried the simple crosses, the ones like these that have a different gap size on each side (they only work in corners), and the kind you put under the tiles to align and level them. These are by far the easiest to work with, and give me the best results. I, like other reviews, don't like the way these work in the corners. However, I REALLY like how well they work when you put a couple of them in the joint. It gives a ...
Terrible to work with for large wall tiles
Would Not RecommendI purchased these thinking they would be beefy enough to support large wall tiles, but they were so slick they would not hold in place and often shot out of the gaps as soon as they experienced a little pressure. They seem that they'd work fine on a floor application but I'd avoid these for any wall application.

Tile Spacers
Would RecommendThe Design makes it easier to see if the tile level is uneven and they stay in place well. Overall I would buy these again. Only slight negative is with one side for 4 corners and the other for a straight side you have to flip and turn them a lot to get the proper alignment. Otherwise they work great. When done they pick up a lot easier than the cross type.

The best spacers
Would RecommendThese work better than the rubber spacers I've used in the past, even though I still use the rubber spacers for part of the application. I have found that avoiding using these on the four corners works better for me, I use 2 in the straights, as I can see that my tiles are square a little better. They also work great for removing excess thin set in between the tile joints.

what I look for when I tile
Would RecommendOverall I like the spacers. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the thin part that sets atop the tile. In a perfect world with perfectly flat surfaces, OK, but when the surface is irregular, as in an older home, you sometimes have to push a little harder or fidget with the spacer and that's when they can break, due to how thin they are. I like the consistency in the spacing the hard plastic provides as you lay the tile. I'm through using the rubber spacers.

Good spacers
Would RecommendThese spacers were useful to keep tiles evenly spaced where the four corners meet, as well as on sides. They may be used for both purposes because of the unique design. Just turn them up-side-down to use on the corners. They only inconvenience is that sometimes they have to be pried out when the mortar dries.

Simple but the right product
Would RecommendWe started using Crosses but they have a tendency to move out of place. I went back and purchased the blue round supported crosses and they worked great. Stayed in between the tiles, never had to replace one. They can be cleaned and reused.

Doesn't produce a straight grout line.
Would Not RecommendThese spacers looked like a good idea to produce that perfect cross section between tiles, but they don't for some reason. It doesn't allow you to see the line in between the tiles to make sure it's straight and doesn't hold as good a line as the old fashioned t style spacers. The only ones are more work but you can see what you're working with and get the grout lines right.

18yr tile setter
Would RecommendI've used about every spacer on the market and these work well for a wide variety of projects. They don't compress when stacking vertically and easily removable with pliers.

great spacers
Would RecommendThese spacers are great - much better than the regular spacers. These are made to sit at the meeting point of four tiles or between two tiles. Where four tiles meet, these help to create a flawless intersection. They sit on top and hang down, so they are easy to place, adjust and remove. I will never use any other spacer.
