Batteries good quality for the price! Packaging very questionable. Received batteries out of original packaging. Half of them was just taped together. Packaging looked like they all had been opened by a 2 year old on Christmas morning.

When I picked them up, the blister pack of Surefire 123A batteries was in a gray Lowes shopping bag, sealed with a largish shipping label that had my name and order number on it. When I got home, and opened the shopping bag, the battery blister pack was sealed shut with 4 staples, with one battery pointing one direction and the other pointing in the opposite direction.
