Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the chimney pipe for its robust double-wall stainless steel construction, reliable heat retention, and intuitive twist-lock installation that requires minimal tools. Most appreciate its durability and safety benefits across multiple installations. However, many report receiving units with dents or damage despite intact packaging, citing inadequate internal padding as the cause. Reviewers strongly recommend inspecting every piece before leaving the store. Despite these shipping concerns, most customers consider the product worth purchasing for its quality and performance.

Would RecommendThe double wall stainless steel lasts a long time. Safer than black stove pipe. The interlocking twist connection ensures proper overlap connection to prevent back draft smoke and keep it plum straight. It needs support braces and locking bands because it gets heavier with use from creosote.

Check them before you leave the store
Would RecommendWould have been 5stars but the pipes were dented so be sure to check them in the store before you buy them. Return was easy except for having to go back to the store.

They need to specify measurements.
We didn't know the inside circumference was the measurement, not the inside. So, it was not the right size.

Trash
Would Not RecommendLowe's can't ship anything correctly, came in a cheap cardboard box, dented and bent to the point you can't use it. Absolute trash! Probably could have made one myself of better quality.
