Ratings & Reviews for Sunjoy 12-ft x 10-ft Soft Top Roof Steel Gazebo (Screen Included)

Cheaply made material for cover

The cover is cheaply made and only lasted one summer. The structure is sturdy, but the material for the cover and how the cover attaches to the structure is poorly designed. The original cover lasted one summer. I purchased a replacement and installed it this summer and it has ripped and only lasted a few weeks.

Long day, have friends to assemble.

Ok, Sunjoy 10x12 Hardtop Gazebo. Redid the platform Thursday to level it (yep it's fairly level now) and built the gazebo yesterday. The box says 3-hours construction. Ummmm, no. Maybe for 3-4 peeps but not for one. This thing is HEAVY. Shipping weight was 495 lbs. Constructed, I'd say 460 (35lbs of packaging). Took me all of 14 hours but that included having to go to Lowes for a 6mm tap set as about 10 of the predrilled holes weren't aligned correctly. If you're going to do this (or someth...

Cheap

Hadi it less then 5 months and one bad rainstorm and it collapses. Should be entitled some sort of refund. Never again by from this place!

Such a great product

I have this and this is what my backyard needed, it elevated the look of my backyard and I love chilling there with my family and friends! Definetly recommend!

Perfect for my MIL

We set this gazebo up at my mother in laws house and she absolutely loves it! It came together beautifully! Her backyard lacks shade so this gazebo helped solve that problem and created a great spot for her to hosts her guests. She had a floating deck built to go under it and had the gazebo screwed down and it looks amazing and feels very solid. My personal favorite component is the insect netting!

In Love with our Gazebo

We love our new gazebo. It completely transformed our outdoor space.

Support poles dented and paint scraped off!

We received the gazebo and went to assemble it. Once we open the box and took the support poles out we discovered that they were all dented with the paint scraped off in many places. We are sending it back.

We love this gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and beautiful, and a really nice upgrade to the smaller one which was fatally damaged by a winter storm. We’re so happy to have our pretty space back, with a new & improved gazebo, and we can’t wait for it to warm up a little bit more so that we can start eating outside again!

Still standing after a rare storm 3 feet of snow!

Love our gazebo! It’s sturdy (although depending on where you live, you may want more robust stakes than the ones provided). We have received many compliments and the build time with two people only took 3 hours. Good assembly directions and the whole canopy is of quality construction. You will not be disappointed if you decide this canopy dimensions work for you.

I’ve now had this Gazebo for a year now. I am so impressed and pleased with the size, quality and workmanship. While it was a bit of a bear to put together, it looks great and performs fabulously. We now sit under the canopy year round enjoying the weather, rain or shine. The size is just right for a couch, 2 chairs, a coffee table and side table. I installed it up against the back of the house, so didn’t feel the need to anchor into the cement pad. We’ve had extreme winds here in Houston and ha...

Sturdy, functional and beautiful!! This gazebo, when properly installed, last well past its 1 yr warranty. We’ve had it for 2-3 yrs and the roof caved in due to snow, only because we didn't remove the canvas. It had held up in snow over the past 2 yrs but this yr it snowed, then froze over and snowed again. The weight was too much. We now need to replace the roof only, the frame is still standing. Well worth the money.
