Ratings & Reviews for Suncast 40-ft x 5.31-in Black Plastic Landscape edging roll
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this landscape edging for straightforward installation, clean appearance, and durability. Most highlight how smoothly it bends for curved borders and effectively retains mulch while preventing grass encroachment. Reviewers note the resin material resists rust better than metal alternatives and offers excellent value. Many recommend pre-warming in sunlight to improve flexibility. Some mention difficulty achieving perfectly straight lines or keeping it upright without stakes, particularly in cold weather. Despite minor rigidity concerns, most customers consider it a reliable, attractive edging solution.

Would Not RecommendThis edging is thin, flimsy, and the bottom reinforcement is so soft I couldn't even push it in the ground after I had cut the ground open. A shovel and any other tool I tried to use to push it with kept sliding off so I had to use my hands to force it a couple inches into the ground. The end result is a wavy, cheap looking landscape border. Some of the top round looked to be melted from the factory. NEVER AGAIN!

Gets the job done
Would RecommendI chose this for lawn edging because of the price. It is hard to make it look good in a straight line but it gets the job done. Probably better for a circular section of curbing

Good for soft soil areas.
Would Not RecommendIt the kind you have to dig to install no spikes. I knew this but it was much cheaper then the other. Not good for root or rocky ground.

Doesn't straighten out well.
Would Not RecommendDifficult to work with. Does not unroll easily. Would work better if just using to make circles.
