Awesome Sun Jie Pole Saw
This Sun Joe pole saw is reliable & easy to use. It's great to get the job done. I'm a single woman in senior years of living, gardening, & thus cutting back the ten oak trees on my property. This pole saw has been the best investment for the property over & over! I can't say enough good about this product.

Great Product (needs more "what's included" info)
Would RecommendExcellent handling and cutting power! Well built machine that does what it's supposed to do. However, the listing online and the box should include note that chain oil is NOT included. My most recent lawnmower purchase included oil, so it was a surprise to not find it included with this product. Not a deal breaker, but it did delay my work by several days to head back to the store to get the oil. Just give the customer the information up front so they can plan accordingly.

Basically useless to me.
Basically useless to me. Won't cut 1 1/2" branches without chain continually stopping and motor squealing like a pig.Tension is as described 1/8" I can cut branches quicker with a hand saw.

Misleading Product Specifications
Would Not RecommendAt the time of my purchase, the product specifications included a carrying bag and bar oil included. So I bought this as a gift for my son. My son has informed me that neither of those were included. This was a misleading product description. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have bought the stand alone pole saw for much cheaper.

Would RecommendProduct works great for being electric we cut several branches along are fence line. Has a very long reach. Wiring is not problematic does not get in the way. Over all best product we invested in works great and price you can’t get anywhere else.
