What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the light, blonde wood appearance and exceptional value, noting it brightens rooms and delivers a premium look at an affordable price. Many highlight easy click-together installation and satisfaction with results. However, a notable group reports durability concerns including warped planks, chipping edges, seams popping out, and inconsistent locking. Several mention quality varies between batches and the flooring requires careful handling. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the aesthetic appeal and price point worthwhile for their needs.

Would Not RecommendNever received the product. Staff couldn’t confirm when it would arrive nor how it was being shipped. Planned departure schedule couldn’t be changed so had to cancel order. Lowe’s would not refund because the product was in transit and thus not in their store. I had to accept an in-store credit after paying cash. Four hours after leaving I received a text saying the order was in. Too late.

Missing 12 boxes
Would Not RecommendI personally talked to Lowe's representative about the date I would pick it up. I showed up on the designated date and the order was placed back on the shelf. I was shorted 12 boxes. I had contractors scheduled and this caused me to push the date to when they are free again! Not happy!

Customer service sucks!!!
Would Not RecommendOnly received half the order and it came 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Was on the phone trying to find out when the rest of the order would come from 11a to 730p Was hung up on approx. 7 times. The tracking order was not accurate and was still saying it was going to be delivered. Went to the store and found out after hours that they didn’t even have the rest of the order in stock.

Goes together well. Looks great.
Would RecommendThis the least expensive laminate flooring available. I bought it because it was thin enough to fit under the baseboards that I didn't want to remove. It went together really well. All the seams tightened up perfectly, an indication of the precision with which this flooring is made. It really looks good also. Hopefully it will hold up to many years of use.
