What Customers Are Saying

The tile has a marble-like appearance and is reported to be durable, non-slip, and water-resistant. However, many customers experienced quality issues, with the tiles being brittle, fragile, and prone to cracking, chipping, or shattering during or after installation, even in low-traffic areas. There were also significant size and color variations between tiles from the same batch, making consistent installation challenging.

Difficult to Cut

Would Not Recommend

This is not the high grade porcelain tile as advertised. As others have stated, it is difficult to cut. the glaze chips with straight cuts on a wet tile saw. Cutting curves cracks the tile easily.

Well you get what you pay for

Would Not Recommend

I bought all my tile from the same lot at one time so I did not have color matching problem. I had just done the breeze way with some slightly more expensive tile, just prior to using this stuff. The more expensive (slightly) tile I used first was easy to work with, one or two cracked on chipping, size was uniform, cut well with a dry tile saw. The Futuro tile was being dc'ed, price break, so I brought it. It seemed like it was lighter in weight. It chipped on the edges when cutting with the s...

bad

i bought the previuos model a year ago (7 boxes) and the mismatch tone was bad, some are darker than the others besides there were at least 6 of them broken, i paid 1.48 each and now i am stock with them, be aware of what you get and always check before you storage something.

Looks great, no problems

Would Recommend

Easy to cut, I found there WAS color and size consistency, obviously looked at lot numbers when purchased, but even the few extra loose pieces I picked up seemed to be consistent. Also easy to cut, didn't have any breakage or exploding tile. Had a few had chips/broken corners out of the box (Maybe 3 tiles out of 35) but that's expected, used those for cut pieces.

75% were chipped

These are very thin. They do not cut well. Most were chipped and some of the boxes had all chipped pieces. We already started the job. Had to buy more but the dyes were slightly off.

I'm not sure what you mean by "thin" This tile is a 9mm thick tile which is thicker than some tiles out there and is standard.

Great Price! Great Look!

Would Recommend

I bought this tile and couldn't be happier! I had been considering marble because I love the look, but I didn't love the price. I went with these instead and have already had people ask "Is that marble?" Regarding the reviews noting variations in color and size, the people writing them must have no idea about tile in general. I have installed tile only once before in my life and already know that you always need to buy the same lot, size, and color for all boxes of tile. Each box has the ...

Varies in widths

Would Not Recommend

Unlike many others in this thread I didn't have the issues with different colors. However the width of the tiles varies greatly, about 1/8" between tiles. It's really difficult to do a good job with that much variation.

Very nice "marble look" tile

Would Recommend

My wife and I tiled our kitchen floor with the 12x12 Futura White tiles, grouted with bright white TEC Power Grout. The finished job looks great, very much like real marble. Installation went fine, I found the tiles were very uniform in size and color. Our layout was a running bond with 1/8" joints, in a 10' x 11' area. The joints came out great with little variation or adjustment needed. Some other reviews mentioned signification variations in tile size and color. I suspect that these per...

Not worth it!

Would Not Recommend

I bought it and had the same trouble some have already mentioned, it has different dyes and it is sold as the same product. Also because of the different dye, it has also a minor difference on size, so that also will affect your overall project. Spend some more $ on a better quality tile, it will be worth it.

Color and quality can be deceiving...

Would Not Recommend

We are very unhappy that we chose this tile for our shower. The main complaint is that the color completely changes when placed on a vertical surface, going from creamy white to dull brownish grey. The photo shows square tile in Futuro White that looks exactly the same as the tile on the wall, and the lighting is pretty equal for both spaces, so the difference is accurately dramatic. Also, the tile chips a lot when being cut. We thought we needed a new saw blade because the glaze and the porcela...

Attractive tile but be aware of variation in size

Would Not Recommend

This makes a very attractive floor tile. It has some sheen, but not too slippery. I was using a 1/8 of an inch spaces (grout lines) with standard tile spacers, and ran into problems in a number of cases where titles were different sizes. This would not have been so bad had I done the entire floor at once, but I stopped a number of times. In a number of cases I ended up with some larger gaps next to smaller gaps, and it's most noticeable where four corners meet. When you're trying to make somethi...

Looks can be deceiving

Would Not Recommend

This tile looks great, giving the look of marble in a porcelain tile; but the same cannot be said about its quality. We needed 42 boxes of this tile and had a lot of trouble getting enough quantity of the same dye lot from Lowes even though I ordered in store and was assured by the associate that they would make sure to get the same dye lot. The store experience was quite bad, but we were even more disappointed with the quality of the tile. The tile is rated PEI 4 in the specifications, whic...

Tiles Vary in color

Would Recommend

I bought these to redo my guest bathroom/laundry room floors because I love the porcelain white. I had these installed over the weekend with no problem, or so I thought. I bought about 5 boxes of these thinking that they were all the same white I saw, but turns out a lot of them are more of a grey/blue tone. My installer did not notice this when installing, so now I have mismatched floors. I'll have to re-do them and pay more attention next time.

Good looking tile for price

Would Recommend

Looks good. Bull nose matches fine. Make sure you buy all tiles from same dye lot and size. Some were sized 8 and others 7. Bought all 8's.

Inexpensive, in stock, and looks good

Would Recommend

I was considering marble tiles of the same size, but decided on the porcelain tiles due to the price difference. I redid my shower stall for about $250 vs $800 for what the marble tiles would have cost. Visually the quality is good, but as others have mentioned there are small variations in the sizes of these tiles. Positive: inexpensive and in stock- no waiting period like the special order tiles (most of the marble takes 2 weeks) Cons: small variation in tile sizes. you just have to spend...

Same shade number but different shade color

Would Not Recommend

I don't know why the tile is of the same shade or lot number but have varying colors (super white tile boxed with beige white). It would be best to install yourself so you can make sure tile shades match. Some installers do not take the time to do this which ultimately produces a mismatched and disappointing bathroom result.

Color variations

Would Not Recommend

Very dissatisfied with my new bathroom. Same lot produced varying coloration. When you enter my bathroom, the noticeable color variations are a real eye sore. The edges of the tile seem to chip as well. Installers don't seem to have an eye for detail either. I guess they see the same lot number and figure all is well when in fact, it looks like a real mess. Very disappointing.
