I had the paneling delivered on 8/1 and it was so badly warped that it is almost impossible to install. I purchased 28 sheets and 1/4 of them are going to have to be replaced since the pulled the staples out. If I went to the store I would have never brought those panels home, but I had it delivered.

Delivery was great. No issues and delivery men were fantastic
bad service
Would Not RecommendWe waited 2 days for these items. We finally went at 830 pm to pick it up because they wouldnt give us a refund. We were forced to take it. Then they kept the delivery charge of 69 dollars after we picked it up. We were told they had to file a claim with the delivery company. This is bad business. They should of just gave us a full refund. Never giving Lowes our business again.

Complaint Regarding Delivery of Damaged Materi
Would Not RecommendThe level of professionalism and judgment demonstrated by Lowe’s staff is unacceptable. The delivery driver informed your team before unloading that the material was damaged, yet Lowe’s personnel instructed him to deliver it anyway. Upon receiving the shipment and confirming the damage, I immediately told the driver to take it back because I would not accept damaged merchandise. It is unacceptable and extremely disappointing that Lowe’s allows products in this condition to be delivered to custom...
White bead board panels
Would RecommendThe gentlemen who assisted us went above and beyond to assist us. The existing panels were roughed up a bit. So he retrieved the batch from the top. Selected ten good panels and cut them all in half for us without us having to ask. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
