Ratings & Reviews for Stretta Matte 6-ft x 25.5-in x 1.125-in White Marble Laminate Countertop

Terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality. I’m extremely disappointed with this countertop. The edges are already chipped and peeling, and the material underneath is exposed. It looks cheap and poorly made. This is not worth even one cent. I completely regret buying it and would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay away from this product.

is a great fit to my kitchen

I now have a baking center in my kitchen and I love it

Beautiful marble look!

Purchased this top for a workstation about 2 weeks ago. It is exactly the look I wanted! I'm hoping it holds up for the long run.

Bad quality

I would not recommend this. After a couple months of installing them the front corners started to chip off.

Pitiful packing led to all inventory damaged

My local Lowe's had three of these in stock. The one they picked for me had a big chip in the front finished edge. The second one they brought forward for pickup had a chipped corner and the entire countertop was warped. The last one was completely smashed along its front finished edge. None of them, even the manager, could really do anything to get more in. "We can request inventory but we don't know when they'd get here" is the best they could do. These need to be packaged better for shipping...

Looks great

I love what I did with it in my kitchen

I’ve been a home improvement contractor for over thirty years and I’ve never seen a countertop so easy to dent/damage. Even a small saucer the customer dropped dented it.

Ordered twice both times it arrived wrong

Ordered twice both times it arrived wrong and trying to get a hold of the manager who helped me exchange the first order has been a nightmare. Also the delivery drive did not notify me of the delivery and just let this outside my door when I was not home. The item was also damaged. Now I have to wait for them to come and pick it up so I can get my money back.

crap quality

chips very easily. ordered online and got it home to find chunks taken out of the front in multiple places.

Do not buy

This product should not be sold anywhere and the manufacturer should be ashamed for producing such a poor product. If you flick the laminate it will chip. Do not buy. Lowe’s does not stand behind the products they carry. Waste of money and poor customer service back to only shopping at HD

laminate is so easy to chip

I would never recommend anyone buy this product, it will chip if you look at it wrong. White glove handling required.

Looks great

I’m surprisingly happy with how this has brought the bar area together. The coloring is great - very natural looking. I had to cut it to fit and thankfully it did not chip.

I could not get the joint to come together and the screws stripped out before the joint came tog e ther. I fitted the top to the wall and still had a problem, I have a g as p in the back of the joint. Am very disappointed in this product, but if I could have got the joint together, I think it would hsve looked OK. I have installed c ounter tops before but this is not the quality I expected.

Lowes sells damaged goods

Went to local Lowes to purchase counter top, All 4 piecies in stock were damaged. I chose one that was not damaged on the face. There were two huge chunks taken out of the back side and a bubble. Made this work for my application, I asked for a price reduction at the Pro Desk. They could not get a manager to respond to the request. I waited for at least 20 minutes. Finally gave in to the full price. Customer service is gone by the wayside.

Love the marble look countertops!

Loved this countertop and looks great in our rental apartments kitchen. Turned out to make such a difference - we just needed to update and this was the prefect counter for that!!
