Ratings & Reviews for Stretta 25.5-in W x 1.12-in H x 0.25-in D Urban Graphite, Matte Square Edge Laminate Kitchen countertop end cap

Mistakes were made

I purchased a large item that required a truck or very large backseat to transport it from the store to home. I also purchased a small item related to that large purchase. At checkout, the Associate told it could be delivered to my home. Because I live 1.5 hrs away from that store, I happily agreed to have that large item delivered free of charge. Two days later, I greeted the delivery driver only to be given the small item instead of the large item--the small item that I purchased and took home...

Okay, But Not Great

Looks good, matches the countertop well, but NOT easy to work with. The product comes somewhat rolled up and it needs to CAREFULLY be unrolled and straightened because it snaps extremely easily. Once installed it stays in place fairly well (not great) and files nicely with a very fine file.

Nice Pantry Shelves

Affordable. Look nice. Just check for chips when selecting.

Installation countertops

I still have not got them installed I'm very disappointed in the service I have received I do not get calls all I get is email and I'm not text savvy person the installer is thew bc Stone if I knew it would take so long and I would not get good communication I would have never went through Lowe's and bc Stone Very very disappointed ☹️

Terrible installation

It leaked

Do not purchase

Do not purchase this. It’s a piece of tape for the edge and does not stick. The counter tops chipped as they were installed. They will not last. Should not be sold in stores

But extra glue

Doesn’t stay on without using a secondary glue

Waste of Money

I would not have bought this countertop had I known the endcaps were so flimsy and cheap. I had to buy it twice because the first snapped from a simple touch. This product is flimsy and poorly made. It’s also severely overpriced. It should be free. Why is Lowe’s still selling these?

Zero stars

This is an attractive looking countertop but incredibly fragile. If you can find one in the store that is undamaged, good. But you won't have it installed two weeks before the edge is damaged. It damages incredibly easily and isn't worth any money at all. My installer damaged one putting it in and had to replace it and now just with regular family use the edge of another one is damaged. I will be replacing these as soon as I can afford it.

This item can be used several times if needed too

Liked everything it came right on time for my used

Does not stick

This item does not stick like it was stated. Once you do the prep and stick it off it ends up unsticking from the counter top. What a waste .

Disappointing and expensive

Very poor quality and extremely expensive for two small pieces that you absolutely need to finish off a counter. They don't stick well, even with an additional adhesive... it doesn't look cohesive and it should be actually more flexible and sold in a roll, at a more reasonable price. I would never buy these again.

Nice looking product

Looks good and good quality for a laminated countertop

Works okay but weak adhesive

These don't hold up the best and have weak adhesion. I've already had to reglue two of these on our counters and a third has shown chipping and needs replaced
