What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the tub's exceptional depth and spa-like comfort, highlighting the contoured backrest, built-in armrests, and extra-deep soaking well as standout features. Many emphasize the straightforward installation process and lightweight fiberglass construction, making it manageable for two people even in tight spaces. Reviewers consistently describe it as sturdy and well-made, with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and modern appearance that enhances bathrooms. The non-slip surface and built-in shelf add practical functionality. A few report isolated issues with damage during handling or drain alignment, though these don't reflect the dominant positive experience.

Meant for a Surround
Would Not RecommendI wish it was more obvious this is meant to be installed with a bathroom surround. There is a lip on it that the surround is meant to sit on, and while you can tile around it, that can really mess up the dimensions for your other stuff (like our shower door that had a hard minimum required to fit in the alcove and this would have made it too small by an inch).
