Ratings & Reviews for Step2 Express Parcel Delivery Box Plastic Extra Large Mailbox Black

I love it!

This box is perfect! I really helped keep packages safe and dry when we got 30" of snow before Christmas. It conceals them from public view, so I don't worry as much about theft.

Recommend

Nicer and bigger than I anticipated- quick ship too!

Great, if they used it

I love my package delivery box, in theory. It looks great on my porch, is generously sized without being too big, and has the potential to hide my packages from people driving by (I like on the main road in my subdivision). However, we’ve had it for a year and the delivery people don’t seem to be using it! I plan to put a sign on it, hoping that encourages them.

Does not keep weather out - 2" hole on lower left

Misleading product description. Does not protect packages from weather, insectios, ect. Mine just arrived with a 2" hole which makes me very angry because this was not described anywhere in the product description. There are multiple photos but none show the hole.

Wonderful!!!!!

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! It looks neat on the outside of my home. My dog no longer has access to my packages lol!

Well made essential item

On our local social media, people are frequently posting mail theft of packages left visible on our front porches and even posting video of the thieves in action stealing packages left by the three main delivery services. Since I receive and ship out important legal, sometimes irreplaceable, documents, I was so pleased to discover this well made, sturdy container for packages. I combine the locking device with Boxlock electronic padlock and it's a win-win situation. I can breathe easier knowi...

The Delivery Box Delivers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This box is helpful for any outside area that needs a secure, dry storage space. Not just for deliveries! We use it as a space for toys or towels or any outdoor things. When we are expecting a package/s we leave it out front for the mail person without having to worry about our deliveries being ruined in the elements. Great product and not just for deliveries. Thank you Step 2 for gifting me this delivery box in exchange for my honest revie...

Looks Great, Plenty of Storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Express Parcel Delivery Box is a great idea for anyone who receives many packages. This box blended perfectly with our home and provides great storage for our packages. We are also using ours for daily outdoor storage (think tarps that are taken off daily). Overall, if you are looking for a sleek box to hold your packages or other outdoor items, then this is for you. “Thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step...

Terrific Product Idea! Perfect Match!

Often the simplest "why didn't I think of that" ideas are the best! Protects my deliveries from weather, animals, prying eyes and theft. I had the perfect spot for this Step2 parcel box on my front porch, and the color and design match perfectly. I also understand that I can register with UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service to designate the box as my preferred delivery location for all deliveries. Thanks, Step2, for making me aware of this great option so all delivery drivers know to use the pa...

A must have!

The Step2 Express Parcel Delivery Box is definitely a must have for someone like me that does a lot of online ordering. It was larger and more spacious than I thought it would be, so I knew that most of packages would fit. It’s made of a durable plastic, but you really can’t tell it’s made of plastic when it’s sitting on your front porch. It looks stylish and elegant, and the color (in this case, mocha) is beautiful. I love that it keeps my packages hidden and safe from the elements. I would abs...

Awesome product

I am not sure how we made it this far without this gem! We get so many deliveries, this was a n brainer. It looks great out front as well. I highly recommend this.

How did we ever live without this!

We absolutely love this Express Parcel Delivery Box! I don't know how our packages survived all these years without it! Our property is surrounded with a fence so prior to getting this item our packages were thrown over our fence no matter what the weather was and in FL summer showers everyday would leave them sitting in puddles before we got home. We placed the Express Parcel Delivery Box on inside of our fence near walk through gate and the height of it is perfect for delivery people to rea...

Step 2 Delivery Box

Thanks Step 2 for allowing me to test this product, which I found to be so helpful! I live in a very rural area and deliveries often get left on the step which is often exposed to the elements. This is great because it can stay safely covered on the porch but is easily accessible. It’s roomy and heavy duty and just what I need to keep my packages dry and out of the snow and rain.

Great Practical Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in an area with quick changing weather can pose issues with deliveries and keeping them from being completely soaked through or ruined. The design of this box has proven to keep out the snow with its lipped edge and lid (even if rain is coming in sideways). Thank you to Step2 for letting me and my son test this delivery box as part of the Step2 toy tester program. While sturdy it is lightweight enough that my 2 and a half year old can ...

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program. I was excited to get this product to test as we get alot of packages. It's nice having somewhere for them to go so it's not so noticeable on the front porch from people walking by since package theft is getting worse. It is also nice that the packages don't get wet. We have a covered porch but with a heavy rain or snowstorm it comes up on the porch & somet...

Wonderful product that I didn’t realize I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live on a busy street and I also order a lot of things online. This box is genius! It gives me peace of mind that my packages just aren’t in full view of everyone driving down the road who might decide to stop and steal it. Also, it helps keep the snow and rain off the packages so they aren’t sitting in a puddle. This is a product that I didn’t know I needed, but I really did! The only thing I would change/add is a ring or loop so a chain/rop...

Nice but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program. I was very excited to receive this because I live in a rural area with a long driveway and I have two dogs that delivery people tend to shy away from. My mail delivery lady I'm sure appreciates this since she no longer has to come down our driveway to deliver things that won't fit in our mail box. My issue with the item is that it is extremely light and wo...

Decorative and useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the issues with living next door to our church is that we never know where packages are going to be delivered. Sometimes packages would be left in the lobby of the church, sometimes inside the gate of the parsonage where the dog would enjoy snackin on it, or even occasionally delivered in the middle of worship service. We have had this set up for almost a week and deliveries have been easy to find and not chewed on. The Express Pa...

Step 2 Delivery box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great item for protecting my packages from the elements. I am also hoping it is going to cut down on the amount of porch pirates. I just asked my delivery people to put my packages inside the delivery box... they seemed fine with it. The box is made out of a very durable plastic and is large enough for the average package. “Thank you to Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program.”
