Mess free removal and replacement

All you need is to gently pull the sticky card up and replace it by removing the refills sticky side and gently inserting it in between the tow plates. It is designed that you do not get your hands sticky or gross and that is a major plus! Each refill last for ~ 14 days.

I have both brands to compare and I must say they do the same job. What I like is that STEM insert is doubled sided and more budget friendly than the Z brand that's single sided. I used it in my kitchen and it works well as a night light too. They caught around the same number of tiny insects in summer. I would recommend to give it STEM a try.

Practical Solution for Fruit Flies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blue light is very bright and the refill trays slide out and lock into place with very little effort making it super easy and quick to setup. The adhesive is also very sticky (which is good!) and I didn't notice it losing any stickiness over time. I tested it for over one month and didn't end up catching anything, but if you are constantly swatting away fruit flies in your kitchen, then I definitely think this product is worth a try!
