Leaking lid
Would Not RecommendBought this last week, was super excited to use it for the first time. I hand washed, put in my coffee, then went to work. I bent down to take a look at something, only to stand up and have a puddle of my coffee on the floor. I looked at the gasket to see if it looked damaged or twisted but nothing looked wrong. I tried tightening it more but it doesn’t matter what I do, the coffee still pours out the handled-lid. Really disappointed

Perfect for me.
This is the second Café-To-Go Travel mug I’ve bought since Nov 2025. Lol, did I need it, probably not. Am I glad to have it? Yes, ecstatic 🤩, actually. I use it for black to drink while at work. Stays hot for at least 5 hrs hours. Warm for 4+ hours. I make tea at 7 am. It is still warm when I get home by 4pm. I like that I can easily clean both tops, no intricate parts to dissemble to clean. I like that the mug is 20 ounces vs 16. I use one mug for black tea and the other for herbal tea.

Warm, leak-proof, easy to carry!
Would RecommendEasy to clean, keeps my tea warm for so long, and I love how the top handle part comes off from the mouth sipping part. You basically get 2 tops out of it. It’s very nice. Can fit my loose leaf tea strainer nicely too. Very easy to clean the main part, but the top can get a bit grimy w my lipstick.
