Would RecommendMy Mighty Rail has given me the assurance that I wont fall out of bed, as in the past, thus reducing change of brings and bleeding due to my being on Zarelto. Like it for its portability, but still too heavy to carry inside a suitcase. It isn't too intrusive, though, for everyday use and does not interfere with changing linens or making the bed, and can be easily stored when not needed.
