What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, realistic wood grain, and ease of installation, making it ideal for DIY projects. Many highlight its durability, waterproof nature, and pet-friendly performance in high-traffic areas. However, some report frustration with plank locking mechanisms requiring excessive force and inconsistent seam alignment. A few note quality control issues like damaged planks or color inconsistencies between boxes. Despite installation challenges, most customers consider the product's beautiful aesthetics and long-term value worthwhile.
