Nice, quiet flooring

We love the color, look and feel of this flooring. All the pieces were intact in the packaging, no damage.

Hard to install without damage

Compared to Pergo, which I have previously installed, it was both harder to install and easier to damage. I like the completed look but there were a lot of problems with the product.

Great flooring for the price.

We love the color and this is a thicker floor so should last longer. Easy to install.

Good quality floor

doesn't lock in place and doesn't lay flat

I think I got boxes that were already returned due to being defective. Why did Lowes put them back into regular stock? What a waste of my time. Am I the only one having this issue? They don't lay flat when put together. It's curled up in a u shape. I wish I did not have to put more time into returning these and searching for a better brand.

Great stuff. 10 distinct patterns

So far these are really beautiful in our room and seem to be fairly high quality. We have opened a number of packets and there are 10 distinct plank styles.

Beautiful color

This flooring went well with my bentwood flooring. We mixed it it and couldnt tell the difference. Great for my project for a hall wall

Incorrect order and not easily installed

I ordered 10 boxes of Stain Master, Ocala Hickory, and received 3 boxes that were not this color. Also, it does not lock and when hammering in a piece tight, another piece come apart. AKA, not easily put together. Taken back 8 boxes to buy Prego, we used Prego before, but they changed color schemes and bought Stain Master for the color match.

Another thing that has gone wrong..

Every box had “defective” markings/lines on every plank. All 8 boxes had to be taken back to the store where they had to be returned. Of course they this isn’t stocked in the store! We had to place another order!

Attractive product but challenging to install.

Planks arrived without damage. Color is true to the online photos and pairs well with gray walls. Lowes online room visualizer is a good resource for planning. However, the surface chips easily if handled roughly. Also, the planks aren't easy to install as the side-joined planks won't lay flat unless pounded firmly with fists or stomped on.
