What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the realistic wood-like appearance and stunning color options, with many noting the flooring looks more authentic in person. Reviewers consistently report excellent durability in high-traffic and pet-friendly areas, with scratch- and water-resistant properties holding up well over time. However, many encounter serious installation challenges with the click-and-lock mechanism, and some receive inconsistent or chipped planks. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the visual appeal and long-term durability worthwhile and recommend the product.

I purchased this flooring for my bedroom; the muted color accents the wallcovering and trim, was easy to install and did not scratch or dent when my furniture was moved in.

Defective Product - Had to return
Would Not RecommendI would pass on this flooring. Installation was a nightmare due to the planks not interlocking. Attempts to interlock planks led to edges breaking - you could hear the laminated layers stretching and tearing as the planks were laid. Even after 'interlocking' some planks successfully, they did not lay flat. Install was attempted by a professional, but due to product issues, that install was aborted. I returned this product to my local store as a defect - save your time and avoid.

Absolute WORST Flooring Product
Would Not RecommendDo NOT waste your time or money on this flooring. The installation process has been unbelievably awful. It doesn’t click together, doesn’t lay flat, chips when you tap it, I have spent countless hours, days, and weeks trying to install my living room floor and I think it just boils down to being just a crap product. I’ve installed hardwood, bamboo, vinyl, tile, and this Stainmaster laminate is just straight garbage. I have never been so frustrated. Truly at the point of swallowing the loss and j...

Couldn't be better!
Would RecommendThank you! It is a pleasure to do business with those that do their jobs, seemly with precision, while making no effort to make sure they smile. It's too rare to see this no days. Keep up the great work.

Poor Quality Material
Would Not RecommendThe quality of this flooring is not good. I thought I was getting a good deal on some discontinued flooring... but I think the quality of the product is why it was reduced for clearing.... The installers had very difficult time with the product. It chips super easily and was hard to get cut and fit in place..... I am super sad as I just wasted over $500 dollars and can't afford to do this over......
