Ratings & Reviews for STAINMASTER PetProtect Ready 2 Play I Sugar Off-white 45.8-oz sq yard Nylon Textured Indoor Carpet

Great and it's NYLON!!!

We bought this to put in a camper and it is excellent. I knew I wanted nylon because even though most of the carpet being sold today is polyester, nylon is still the best. If you don't believe me just Google it. We have it in our house also and it holds up so much better. This particular one is so soft and thick and plush you will not be disappointed. I'm so glad Lowes had it and a reasonable price. I did have to order a sample because they did not have any nylon carpet in the store to look at o...

stainmaster carpet

I dread going up and down the stairs. I've punctured my toes and heels on the carpet strips so many times I had to get a tetanus shot. With the help of Glendon, servepro and the installers, my stairs are like walking on clouds. Now my fear is falling. Asleep....lol 🤣😴Yes. They are that soft and cushy. I love my stairs now. Thank you Glendon. You were right. 😊

Great carpeting

Feels great under your feet and looks great, too

Don't look in store for this carpet

Don't waste your time going to a store to touch this carpet (6.6 nylon, Pet Protect) they don't carry it. In store employees are clueless about the Stainmaster products and could care less. Will move on to the Mohawk Smartstrand brand. Big box stores are useless.

Keller Installations

I paid for the company to remove tile and instal carpet. The glued the carpet to the tile and now its coming undone. When I called to have the job done right... what I paid for they refuse to come back out and make the changes. Now the carpet looks horrible and the installer is refusing to change it.

Luxurious carpet

This carpet feels so good and looks so great! Love the color.

Beware carpet color problems not resolved by Lowes

This carpet when pieced together can have color variations with obvious seam (photo attached). The day after installation I called Lowes to complain about a difference in the color of the carpet between two parts that were connected with a seam. I found out that Lowes hands off responsibility to the 3rd party installer and the manufacturer, Shaw, a Stainmaster affiliate. Its been two months dealing with the installer and manufacturer to get it replaced. The installer is saying its a manufacturin...

Excellent service from delivery driver Ryan.

Ryan the delivery driver was a great communicator, calling to let me know when he'd arrive to unload the rugs, and showed up on time. He did a perfect job of unloading and placing the merchandise where I asked. Very co-operative and friendly.
