What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its intuitive click-lock system and attached underlayment that simplify installation, even for first-time installers. Reviewers consistently highlight realistic wood grain patterns, authentic color tones, and matte finishes that enhance room aesthetics. The flooring demonstrates strong durability with excellent scratch and water resistance, performing well under heavy foot traffic and pet use. Most customers express confidence in long-term performance. A few report issues with damaged planks upon arrival or occasional locking mechanism difficulties, though these appear isolated to specific batches rather than design flaws.

Flooring is fine. Lowes is a HEADACHE
Would Not RecommendFlooring seems fine, but I would strongly advise against using their delivery service. Zero communication AND they won't bring it inside. Driver left it in my driveway
Looks are deceiving………
Would Not RecommendThe product is beautiful BUT came with defective boxes where they stuck together due to underside adhesive w/o backing. This caused a delay in the project.

not terrible
Would Not Recommendbought and installed had to fight with several planks to get to snap together, broke a couple planks trying to fit together. Recommend you have patience and take your time this is NOT a fast pase product. Overall looks good we shall see how long it lasts.
Difficult flooring to install
Would Not RecommendI picked this product because I liked the color and I thought it was quality flooring. My installers said the product was very difficult to install. The boards split and cracked easily. I’ll be switching to another brand of flooring for the remainder of my projects.

Really lovely flooring
Would RecommendNasty old carpet in the home office, well overdue for an upgrade. I did the project in two days. It's too thick to score-and-snap so I bought a guillotine style cutter for simple cuts and my trusty jigsaw did the rest. Looks gorgeous, feels nice underfoot, and so far has held up re...
