What Customers Are Saying
The carpet appears to be of good quality, with a nice color and soft texture. The installation process was praised by some customers as professional and well-executed. However, there were also reports of issues with delivery and scheduling, leading to delays. Some customers were dissatisfied with the final carpet layout, particularly around doors. The overall experience seems to be mixed, with both positive and negative feedback on the product and installation.

When I got it home although the item # on the wrapper was correct it was the wrong carpet. So back to the store for a return and only to find out there was no stock on the carpet I ordered. So no carpet today,Thanks Lowes. Now since I can't trust what the in stock online amounts show & whether the Lowes associates will do the right thing I have to visit maybe several stores to be sure ...

Discronal customer.
Would Not RecommendThis process of purchasing this carpet from Lowe's this time was the worst experience of my life. The first copy I chose waited three weeks for was discontinued. Next carpet. I went in the store and paid for someone sold it before. I could pick it up, wasted almost four weeks trying to get my job done. I was very disappointed. The people were great in the store. The installations were great. But the whole situation in getting this carpet was the worst experience of my life. I was very disappoint...

DON’T BUY CARPET FROM LOWE’S
Would Not RecommendBiggest mistake we ever made!!!! Installation was terrible and after just 5 years our carpet is buckled EVERYWHERE!! Horrible installation job and carpet already looks 15 years old!!!! DO NOT USE LOWE’S!!! There is a reason they give you only a 1 year guarantee and I even contacted Stainmaster who did nothing for me either!! Terrible carpet and awful installation job!!!
