What Customers Are Saying
The carpet products from Lowe's are generally of high quality, with a plush and comfortable texture. Customers praised the wide range of color options and the excellent value for the price. However, the installation experience was mixed, with some customers reporting efficient and professional service, while others faced issues such as long delays, poor communication, and problems with the installers. The quality of the carpet itself was also a point of contention, with some customers finding it prone to staining and difficult to clean.

Carpet Just OK
Would Not RecommendBad Carpet experience 11/15/23: We only had a switch back open stairway to carpet & was surprised at how much was quoted. After delivery it was apparent that it was over-bid. There was over 129 square feet of carpet left over, enough for a 10'x12'sf room plus a closet. After they were on the phone with Lowes until 3:30 to settle this, install finally started at 3:30, after 6.5 hours of my waiting. Problems: besides the long wait period, how ca...
