Signed a contract with Lowe'sfor carpeting 9/18...still do not have the carpeting today (11/2) due to miscommunication, the carpeting being cut too short & a lack of caring by Lowe's even tho we have called many times to express our frustration.

Would RecommendGood quality carpet & luxurious pad. However I had GREEN carpet installed not GRAY like you have on this email. I was in fear that you had the wrong color, but it was exactly as I ordered. Just a little panic for a while.

Would RecommendThe carpet was very nice. It was plush without being shaggy and I liked that. The color accentuated our wall color and did not clash.
