The carpet smelled terrible and was refused

Very disappointed, the carpet had a strong pungent smell. Think the manufacturer rolled up the carpet too soon. We could not have the carpet installed. Same day we selected an alternate carpet, a lesser quality, as we could not wait another three weeks with the bedrooms empty.

Lowe's owns Stainmaster. I never knew that!

The carpeting is so rich and luxurious. Shoes off at the back door from now on!

Do Not get Stainmaster

If you are considering carpet, please do not get stained master carpet. I have already had my living room carpet replaced within one year of installation and one professional cleaning that did nothing to the carpet. I have a light gray stain master and because I did not get my carpet clean every 12 months the warranty is voided. There is nothing you can get out of this carpet. I swear, even water stains it

We love the look. It looks even better after install. We are very happy with the choice and the install looks great too.

Luxuriously soft & easy to clean

Old carpet was 20 years old & I believe part of the reason I felt ill a lot. It was brown & builder grade. Since the new carpet went in, my house is brighter, I haven't felt ill once & I LOVE walking on it barefoot to feel the softness. Unfortunately juice was spilt on it but it cleaned up beautifully the stainmaster blend is as advertised.

We love the carpet, it's beautiful. Not as happy with the installation process thru Lowes. I needed 12 x 14, Lowes required me to purchase 12 x 17. I had a 12x 3.5 excess, a waste of material and money.

Was sent the wrong carpeting this says true reality. My sample BOCCE’ BALL GAMEA model # is 7L789/0178a true reality is a different # from my sample and multi color does not say gray.

High VOCs..

This carpet was installed in January, and it's still off-gassing 8 months later. The horrid odor is noticeable immediately. Even my clothes from the closet have an overpowering stench. About 3 months after install, the odor became stronger and started affecting my health by fatigue and then depression. Steam cleaning is suppose to help, but reviews say the carpet doesn't dry well. Off-gassing can last 5 years, so I've decided to sell my home. No one knows how this could affect my long-term...

LOWE'S CARPET & PAD

Quality products. Both the carpet and padding look wonderful in our bedroom. Price was excellent. We also were very impressed with the installer (Juan V.). He was gentlemanly, professional and courteous. We were surprised at how quickly he finished the job. Clean up was also done quickly and thoroughly. Juan will definitely do our next job 😀

Delayed Installation

I would love to write a review at this time but the carpet we ordered is still not installed. Got a phone call at 7 this morning saying that they would not be able to install it today. Told me that the scheduler would call to reschedule it. Now it is set for next week Monday. Not happy at this point.
