Ratings & Reviews for Sta-Green 30-lbs. Organic Lime

Fall yard application

Adding this should really benefit my yard as my trees really suck the lime out of the surrounding soil. Little more pricey than most yard lime so hope it’s worth it.

As advertised. Had quick impact to very alkaline soil.

Good Cheap Fertilizer

Even though there were some lumps in it, it's just good straight lawn fertilizer.

Awesome product!

Made my lawn really green. Product was used and followed up later with lawn food. Grass is green and thick. This really helped my lawn. Will definitely use again.

Worked WAY better than regular lime

My dogs tend to pee in a certain area. I bought this Rapid-Lime to see if it would help reduce the yellow spots. Not only did it dramatically reduce the spots (I'd say 80%), it really greened up my lawn. Bear in mind that I put down regular pelletized lime every fall. I also used a very heavy dose of Rapid-Lime. Whenever I see a yellow-spot develop, I sprinkle a little Rapid-Lime on it and the grass seems to rebound much faster.

greened up my grass right away with the first rain.

Excellent

It covers 5x the regular square footage of lime but costs only 3x. Saved time and money because I used 8 bags instead of 40

quickly turned my lawn green and my grass began to thicken

easy spreading

First, I thought lime was a white powder and expected this to be messy, but it was granules and easy to spread and no mess.

Sea Green gave our new grass the nutrients needed!

Highly recommended by our landscaper, we were not disappointed!
