What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this lock for exceptional durability and weather resistance, with many highlighting its rust-free stainless steel shackle and ability to withstand harsh marine environments, salt spray, and extreme moisture. The easy reprogramming feature with 10,000 possible combinations is widely appreciated, with reviewers noting the straightforward process and keyless convenience. Most describe the lock as heavy-duty, solid, and well-crafted with robust design. A few mention that initial setup requires scanning a QR code and that the button requires firm pressure to open, but these minor concerns rarely diminish overall satisfaction.

I bought 4 of them to lock up a shipping container on a job site. Was easy to code them all the same. Wish they were a bit more rugged

Don not buy
Would Not RecommendThis lock is terrible. Worked for two days then wouldn’t open. Would not reset either with the default by unscrewing the little screw. Do not purchase!

Dial issues
Would Not RecommendI would not recommend this because it is extremely hard to set the lock. It does not have any customer support other than a bot. Set the lock in the Tumblr won’t even turn now. It will be going back to Lowe’s.
