Ratings & Reviews for Square D X Series 15 -Amp 125-volt Tamper Resistant Residential Decorator USB outlet Receptacles , Matte White

Works Great, but with One Annoyance and one Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This receptacle with two USB ports works quite well and was easy to connect. It has clamp-down connectors so you don't have to create a hook at the end of the wire to attach it. The construction is boxey which oddly seemed to make it easier to clearly see which attachment points to use for the hot/nuetral wires. I have ttwo criticisms: First, it is rather large and takes up a lot of space in the wall box. A lot. If possible, a deep box will wor...

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband installed this by his bed. Love that he can charge his iPad and phone at the same time without using up the plugs, giving him room to plug in his adjustable bed and heated mattress pad. He loves it!

STURDY !

Square D - USB A/A 4.8A CHARGR TR DUPLX 15A RECP W

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Square D - USB A/A 4.8A CHARGR TR DUPLX 15A RECP WHITE. Makes life easier when you have to charge your devices around the house. It is definitely not fast charging unfortunately. I don't have to look for USB wall chargers all the time.

Love this outlet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this outlet! I have not owned one with USB ports before, and oh my is this convenient! So many things use USB ports for charging these day, and to have them just built right in is so wonderful! I have this unit next to my couch, and it gets some very heavy use out of it already. Hold my cords plugged in nice and snug. I sometimes pull my phone a little too closely while it's charging, causing it to tug a little at the charging...

Say goodbye to messy charging cords and outlets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the gadgets we have in the house, there are so many cords coming out of surge protectors and plug ins to our outlets. I was looking for a way to organize all the cords and make things look cleaner and neater at our wall outlets. After looking at the hardware store, I saw the Square D X Series 15-Amp Tamper Resistant Residential Decorator USB Outlet Dual Type A, Matte White and thought, this is what I have been looking for. Not only is ...

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really shocked at how well made this is. I've bought many receptacles before, but this one just seemed much sturdier and better made than any I've used before. It was easy to install and I love the USB ports.

super convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Square D outlet with the two USB A chargers. Each of the USB charging ports are at 15 amp and it was easy to charge my iPhone without any issues. This may not be enough to charge iPads, but phone charging was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends and family.

great item, easy wire connection, no instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I love having the extra charging ports on the wall receptacle and i love that they are 4.8a; powerful enough to not become outdated for many years hopefully. The item is solid and well thought out with wire connectors that are marked for neutral and hot and that are push in and secure with screw. This ensures that when time to replace you will not have to cut and strip the wires again because they would not come out. What I d...

2 USB Chargers are AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very fast and easy installation process. The instructions told me exactly what to do. I absolutely love the additional usb ports in the outlet. This basically makes it a 4 port outlet for behind the bed and super convenient

Excellent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent!! A simple way to add USB charging to your home!! The USB outlets do no interfere with most household plugs for lamps and such. Charges my iPhone fairly quickly. All this and it look great in your home.

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easy to install but make sure you turn your electricity off first. I am easily distracted by life and sometimes it’s like ugh I forgot to charge this or that and this I put by my night stand so when I say it’s easy to use it is and I’m more secure in feeling it will be ok cause if it surges suddenly it will blow this and not what’s plugged into it. I love it!!

Love the two USB ports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this outlet. It was pretty easy to install and had easy to understand step by step instructions. I really like the two USB ports. This is great for charging cell phones. The outlet seems to be made of high-quality materials and should last a long time. I really like how it is tamper resistant, so I don't have to worry about my kids' putting objects into it. I would recommend this outlet.
