Ratings & Reviews for Southwire SIMpull 500-ft 8 -AWG Grey Stranded Copper THHN wire ( By-the-roll )
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this 8 AWG stranded copper wire for its exceptional quality and ease of installation. Most highlight how effortlessly it pulls through conduit and strips for termination, with the outer jacket significantly reducing friction. Reviewers consistently commend the thick, durable insulation for outdoor use and UV resistance, plus reliable performance in solar installations and commercial projects. Many emphasize the excellent value, particularly the 500-foot spool at a fraction of per-foot pricing. A few report receiving shorter spools than advertised, though this reflects fulfillment issues rather than product quality. Overall, customers strongly recommend it for demanding electrical applications.
