What Customers Are Saying
The vinyl plank flooring is praised for its natural-looking wood grain appearance, durability, and waterproof and scratch-resistant properties. Many customers find the product high-quality and easy to install. However, some report issues with color variation between planks or problems with the locking mechanisms. Overall, the majority of customers are very satisfied with the product's look, feel, and performance, though extra planks may be needed to address any consistency challenges.

Peeling lines
Would Not RecommendWe absolutely loved this flooring to start with. The install was easy and the flooring gets many compliments but even within a month of install the lines between each piece started peeling. It happened in high traffic areas but also happened in low traffic areas. Now after three years we have so many spots and it just looks so bad. We have to use scotch packing tape over each one so they won’t get worse. I feel like we will be replacing this flooring in the next year with how bad it is getting. ...

DONT BUY!!
Would Not RecommendWe purchased LVP flooring from Lowe’s in 2022 and had it professionally installed by Kluge Bros. This is the contractor company that Lowe’s sent, we didn’t pick them. The flooring has been an absolute disaster. It is cracking, separating, buckling, and literally breaking apart throughout the entire first floor of our home. This is NOT normal wear and tear this is a complete product failure. Since discovering the issues, we have been bounced back and forth between Lowe’s, the installer, and the ...

Hopeful turned Hopeless
We purchased this flooring AND the recommended underlayment when we got our house. We are incredibly disappointed. Install was tough, the joints didn't go together easy. The floor is creaking, joints are popping and pulling. So disappointed that we have to look at this every day and see the poor decision we made. Also, de...

Doesn't last long
Would Not RecommendVery disappointing to see chipping and peeling after 4 years. I expected so much more at this price point. Everything was carefully installed by a professional with room to expand. Also let floors acclimate well before the install.
