Soo far I've only used the impact driver and it work great. I purchased the SKIL mainly because I also have a blower that uses the same battery. Both work great.

Very pleased with the tools
So far the drills have performed great. Lots of torque in n both drills. Only 4 stars because the button switch for forward and reverse can accidentally be pushed in certain situations. Not a big problem though.

A little more to be desired with the chuck
Would RecommendThe drill and impact is great but I have 2 complaints with the drill, 1 the locking chuck comes loose easily, 2 if you need to do a job that requires high starting torque it is difficult due to because it doesn’t like starting under high load, but once it gets started at a decent rpm it has plenty of power to get most jobs done.

SKIL Customer Service is Awesome
I haven't even had a chance to use the tools yet because 1) battery it came with had a leak 2) 1st warranty replacement battery wouldn't charge 3) 2nd warranty replacement battery wouldn't charge meaning it's probably a faulty charger 4) warranty replacement charger is in the mail as we speak. Each time I call SKIL regarding the warranty replacement I'm on the phone with a competent, professional human within 1 minute. The impact driver works well, three speeds. Low speed will prevent destroying light duty jobs. (between a 4 and 5 rating) The drill is kind of cheap, CHECK THE BATTERIES BEFORE PURCHASE!. Seems to be an issue. bought in Mar for $99 now $79. Will need to reevaluate in the future.
